Assessment Packets have been mailed (December 2022)
2023 assessments are $350 per quarter. The Board is empowered by the Little River Mews Declaration of Covenants to raise dues automatically by the Consumer Price Index in effect at the end of the previous year. The CPI percentage became available in October and due to significant increases in county fees for trash disposal, anticipated increases in trash contract costs, and increases in landscaping services we must increase assessments but will do so by less than the published CPI. CPI adjustments allow the community budget to keep pace with price increases due to inflation, contribute prudent amounts to Reserves for capital replacement projects, and pay for emergency grounds maintenance and improvements that maintain the value of neighborhood properties.
