Reminder: Please promptly clear the sidewalks in front of your homes whenever it snows and place excess snow either on grassy areas or on the verge between your car and sidewalk. Keep mailboxes, parking spaces and travel lanes clear. To keep costs down, the association pays for salt applications and snow clearing only to the roadway. If you see neighbors out removing snow, please come out and lend a hand. Thanks!

Members are responsible for ensuring that all residents of their property and their visitors abide by LRMHA guidelines and rules.

Contractors seeking to do business in our community should familiarize themselves with our ARB Guidelines and approved paint and stain colors so they do not promote designs, finishes and materials that do not conform with our established requirements. Homeowners themselves must make and manage all arrangements and arrange for all board approvals through Northern Virginia Management.

All meetings start at 7 PM and are held online unless listed otherwise. Contact [email protected] for participation instructions.
The Board will handle urgent business via email and telephone conferencing. NVM is monitoring email but offices are closed until futher notice. LRMHA Board meetings and all committee meetings are open to observation by members of the association (except for executive sessions and confidential matters). Observers may be given time to address the Board upon request.
