Vehicle Registration
Per rule 5.d.iii of the LRMHA parking regulations:
Per dmv.virginia.gov, all vehicles domiciled in Virginia must be titled and registered within 30 days. A title proves you own the vehicle. Registration proves the vehicle is authorized to be domiciled in Virginia. See Virginia state registration for instructions and fees.
All vehicles normally garaged/parked in Fairfax County must be registered with the County as personal property. Property tax payments are due in September every year.
Vehicles domiciled in the Mews must be maintained in operable condition and have a current inspection sticker from Fairfax County.
- Vehicles parked in the Mews must be legally operable on state and local roads and must be licensed in accordance with Virginia law.
