Parking Regulations
REMINDER: All cars must display a valid parking tag in the front window between the regular towing hours of 6 pm and 9 am, regardless of whether parked in a reserved or permit-required spot. Any cars not displaying a valid parking tag during regular towing hours or parked improperly at any time may be towed without further warning. Overnight parking spaces are for the use of personal/noncommercial vehicles only. Please ensure that tradesmen and deliveries do not park in a way that obstructs the roadway or reserved parking spaces.
Any cars parked in a reserved space without permission of the designated space's homeowner may be towed at any time at the direction of the homeowner. Be mindful of your neighbor's reserved spaces and monitor to be sure your guests are not parking in reserved spaces and display a LRMHA hangtag during regular towing hours.

The LRMHA Board will not enforce towing of vehicles that extend over the curb (Rule (6c) has been suspended). While we will not be towing under Rule 6c, please be mindful when parking to not damage the grass or impede the sidewalk.
Homeowners whose cars, contractors, visitors or residents cause damage to LRMHA property may be assessed for repair of damages to the property.
