LABOR DAY COOKOUT ON THE CIRCLE
Potluck for Members, Residents & Guests Monday, September 4th at 4 pm until dark
Monday, September 4th is Labor Day and we’ll be gathering on the circle about 4 pm until it gets dark.
We are a multi-cultural community and look forward to sampling regional dishes and learning about the celebrations and histories that are special and unique to our residents. Potluck cookouts are one way we can do this that strengthens our community bonds. Please join us!

- We’ll provide a charcoal grill, tents, some extra chairs, and a couple of tables for food to be served from.
- Pamela Rinehart will be setting up at 3 PM - any help will be greatly appreciated.
- Ice, water, freshly brewed unsweetened iced tea, hamburgers, hotdogs, buns, condiments, paper plates, napkins, cups and disposable cutlery will be provided by members of the Board (no Association funds are used).
- Pam Broberg will provide games and lead children and adults in fun and non-strenuous activities designed to learn more about our neighbors.
- Please bring chairs, food and beverages to share.
- A card listing ingredients for any shared foods to support people with allergies and food preferences will be greatly appreciated.
- All members, residents and their guests are welcome - bring family and friends to share the food, fun and conversation.
